*Thunder Final Roar: *The Tulsa Oilers host the Wichita Thunder for the sixth and final time this season tonight.
*Records: *Oilers are 16-32-8 with 40 points in fourth place in the Northeast Division.
Wichita is 19-35-3 for 41 points in fourth place in the Northwest Division.
*Season Series: *This is the 10th of 11 meetings between these two teams. Wichita has won six of the previous nine meetings, with two of those wins coming in shootouts. Thus, the Oilers are 3-4-2 in the season series. Wichita is 6-3-0. Wichita won the most recent meeting, 5-2 in Wichita on February 25^th . The two teams will meet for the final time this season, on March 20^th in Wichita.

*Recent Action: *Both of these teams lost last night. The Oilers jumped to an early 2-0 lead, but eventually fell 5-4 to the Mississippi RiverKings. Wichita outshot Bossier-Shreveport 27-26 but couldn't score and lost a 1-0 decision at Bossier-Shreveport.
*They've Helped*: Jeff Christian is tied for third in the CHL scoring race with 27 goals and 45 assists for 72 points. He's gotten many of those points against the Thunder. In the nine games, he has nine goals and 13 assists for 22 points. That includes a 5 point night with two goals and three assists in the Oilers 6-0 win at Wichita on February 14^th .
*Only One:* The Oilers only shutout of the season came in that Valentine game as Davis Parley turned aside all 25 shots he faced in that game.
*Hot Hodge:* Center Brendon Hodge has put together an impressive three game point streak. He has one goal and four assists and has figured in five of the Oilers 10 goals in the last three games.
*A Real Plus:* In his 10 games with the Oilers center Jason Weitzel is a +6. He has also chipped in with three goals and five assists for eight points in his time with Tulsa.
*Next Up: *The Oilers are playing their final Saturday night home game tonight. They wrap up a six game homestand, their longest of the season on Tuesday when they host the Oklahoma City Blazers at 7:05 p.m. Wichita is off until next Friday when the Thunder will return home to host Texas.
