Weekend Set: The Tulsa Oilers host the Laredo Bucks Friday at 7:35 p.m. and visit the Texas Brahmas Saturday at 7:30 p.m. All games can be accessed via the internet at www.tulsaoilers.com and CHL TV.
Kids Jersey: On Friday the first 1,000 children 12 years and younger will receive a FREE Oilers replica jersey courtesy of AT&T and News Channel 8.
Goals Galore: The Oilers won both games last weekend with an offensive explosion. They scored their highest goal total in three years in a 9-3 win over Arizona on Friday and followed that with a 7-3 triumph over Bossier-Shreveport on Saturday.
Hat's Off: Jack Combs registered the Oilers first hat trick of the season against Arizona. He followed that with a goal against Bossier-Shreveport and now leads the CHL with 24 goals.
Climbing: Chad Costello now has 23 goals and 34 assists for 57 points in 38 games and is third in the CHL scoring race.
Past Bru: Oilers broadcaster Steve McCall will broadcast his 287th game as the Oilers broadcaster Saturday, surpassing Jeff Brucculeri at the top of that chart.
