
Oilers Host Odessa Tomorrow Night

TULSA, OK- The Tulsa Oilers of the Central Hockey League will host the Odessa Jackalopes tomorrow night at 7:05 at the Tulsa Convention Center. Tomorrow is also the final season ticket redemption night. Fans can turn in unused season tickets at the Oilers office (9128 E. 46th Street) or the Tulsa Convention Center Box Office, and receive a complimentary $10.00 ticket to tomorrow's game for every unused season ticket redeemed.
The Oilers (32-20-5) are currently tied for second place in the Northwest Division with 69 points with the Amarillo Gorillas (34-22-1) while the Jackalopes (31-21-6) are in first place in the Southwest Division with 68 points. Tomorrow will mark the only time this season that the Jackalopes travel to Tulsa. Tulsa visited Odessa on November 21st, 2002 and were beaten 3-0 by the Jackalopes in the only other game between the two teams.
The Oilers are in a tight race for the four Northern Conference playoff spots. The Indianapolis Ice (37-13-7) are in first place in the Northeast Division and lead the Northern Conference with 81 points. The Oklahoma City Blazers (34-18-5) lead the Northwest Division with 73 points, while the Memphis RiverKings (34-19-4) are currently the third seed with 72 points. The Amarillo Gorillas (34-22-1) and the Oilers (32-20-5) are next with 69 points apiece.
Tickets for tomorrow night's game are available at local Drug Marts, the Tulsa Convention Center Box Office, the Oilers office, or by phone at 584-2000.
