Oil Kings Double up ICE 6-3

Edmonton, AB - The Kootenay ICE dropped a 6-3 decision to the Edmonton Oil Kings on Sunday afternoon at Rogers Place.

The ICE got goals from Brett Davis, Peyton Krebs and Kaeden Taphorn while Cam Hausinger, Jakin Smallwood, Martin Bodak and Jaeger White picked up the assists. Goaltender Jesse Makaj stopped 28-of-34 shots that came his way.

With his goal, Krebs has now recorded at least one point in 10 of the first 11 games this season. Davis has 10 points (5G, 5A) in seven games.
