The first overall pick of the Edmonton Oilers had five goals, seven assists and 12 points in his first 13 games. McDavid will unfortunately miss significant time after suffering a broken clavicle on Tuesday night against the Philadelphia Flyers. Marie native who made the Greyhounds as an undrafted training camp invitee in 2010 went on to a successful OHL career that included an outstanding overaged season in 2012-13 when he recorded 20 goals, 35 assists and 55 points in 54 games. Miller won the Mickey Renaud Captain's Trophy in 2013 after being selected by the Los Angeles Kings in the fifth round of the 2012 NHL Draft.
