Highland Heights, KY - New York Red Bulls II (1-0-1 5 pts.) are set for their fourth match in eleven days as they hit the road to face FC Cincinnati 2 (0-1-1 1 pt.) at NKU Soccer Stadium. Kickoff is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. ET with coverage available on MLSNEXTPro.com.

Despite playing three matches in just over a week, New York Red Bulls II are in fantastic form to kick off their 2024 campaign. The squad has earned a result in each of those three matches across all competitions with a goal differential of +6 and a record of 2-0-1.

Cincinnati is entering tomorrow's contest on the opposite side of things, posting a 0-1-1 record in their two matches to start the season. Most recently, the club fell to Chattanooga FC on the road 3-0 last Saturday.

Going back to last season, New York Red Bulls II had the edge on Cincinnati in the two matches that these clubs played against each other. Red Bulls II won both matchups by a combined score of 5-1, with both Frank Ssebufu and Ibrahim Kasule notching two goals apiece. New York won 2-0 at NKU Soccer Stadium last season even after being issued a red card and playing down a man from the 18th minute of the match. AJ Marcucci posted the clean sheet as New York came out on top in Highland Heights.

In Sunday's match for New York against Inter Miami CF II, midfielder Ibrahim Kasule continued to shine in MLS NEXT Pro play. The Ugandan International tallied his first two goals of the season in the matchup and has now recorded five goals and three assists over his last five appearances for New York. His outstanding performance on Sunday earned him the MLS NEXT Pro "Player of the Matchweek" honor for the first time in his career.
