Northwest Arkansas Naturals to Host An Open Workout

SPRINGDALE, AR - The Northwest Arkansas Naturals will host a workout open to the general public to give fans the first opportunity to see the 2015 Naturals team on Monday, April 6. The FREE event will give fans access to the team as they prepare to begin Season 8 of Naturals baseball in Midland against the RockHounds on Thursday, April 9. The Naturals will begin play at Arvest Ballpark against those same RockHounds on Thursday, April 16 at 6:05 p.m.

The Naturals' open workout is a FREE, family friendly event that will include complimentary snacks, drinks, and activities, plus specials on tickets at the Arvest Ballpark Box Office as well as merchandise at Red Dirt Outfitters.

Gates will open for the workout at 5:00 p.m. and then the workout will take place from 5:30 p.m. until 7:00p.m. The Arvest Ballpark Box Office will remain open on Monday, April 6 from 10 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. for those interested in purchasing single game tickets, mini packs, or season tickets for the 2015 season. The ballpark will close to the public at 7:00p.m.

In addition to the open workout, here are some events taking place on Monday, April 6:

- Receive a FREE ticket to a 2015 Naturals game in April or May with the purchase of a regularly priced ticket for Opening Night on Thursday, April 16 (The FREE ticket offer is valid for in-person single-game ticket purchases on April 6 at the Arvest Ballpark box office only. Voucher excludes May 4, May 15, May 16, and May 20)

- FREE Snacks and Refreshments

- FREE VIP tours of Arvest Ballpark - including the press box, suite level, Walmart Game Room Suite, the visiting dugout, and the option to walk the track behind home plate during batting practice.

- FREE access to the visiting dugout and track area stretching from dugout to dugout for fan photos.

- FREE Kids Train Rides around the concourse from 5:30 pm until 7:00 p.m.

- FREE inflatable for the kids from 5:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.

- Raffle for tickets and merchandise taking place near Red Dirt Outfitters at a TBD time

- Special appearance by Strike the Sasquatch and Sinker the Lake Creature from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Tickets will be sold in person at the Arvest Ballpark box office, online at www.nwanaturals.com or via our toll free ticket hotline at (877) 444-2637. All tickets purchased online or by telephone must be paid for via credit card.

Individual game ticket prices (excluding special events) are as follows:

- Super-Premium - $12 ($13 on day of game)

- Premium - $10 ($11 on day of game)

- Reserved - $8 ($9 on day of game)

- Jack Link's Beef Jerky Grass Berm/GA - $7 ($8 on day of game)

Children 12 and under, adults over 55 years of age, and active or retired military with valid identification receive $1 off the purchase of Premium, Reserved, or Jack Link's Jerky Grass Berm/General Admission seating for individual game tickets.
