
North Shore Navigators Begin Playoff Run

LYNN, MASS. - The North Shore Navigators, member of the Futures Collegiate Baseball League, released their 2012 playoff schedule. The opening round will start in Torrington Friday, August 10. The North Shore Navigators will then have games two and three of the three game series at home at Fraser Field in Lynn.
The game at Fraser Field on Saturday, August 11 will start at 7 p.m. and if there is a third game forced in the series the Navigators will play at Fraser Field Sunday, August 12 at 5 p.m. There will continue to be promotions at the ballpark as well as full concessions throughout the playoffs.
Ticket prices for playoff games will remain the same as they were in the regular season. Admission will be $6 general admission and $5 for children and senior citizens.
"It's been a long grinded out season for us but this is what we play for, we're hot at the right time and personally, I think we're poised for a nice run." Said Navigator Manager Rich Hebner
If the Navigators advance past the first round in the playoffs, the Championship round will start on Tuesday, August 13 and will also be a best of three series. The times and locations of these games are to be determined.
