
Nolan Valleau Returns from AHL Milwaukee

ORLANDO, Fla. - The Orlando Solar Bears have announced that defenseman Nolan Valleau has been released from his Professional Try-Out Agreement with the Milwaukee Admirals of the AHL and has been added back to Orlando's roster, while forward Jean Dupuy has been recalled by the Toronto Marlies, Orlando's AHL affiliate.
Valleau, 25, returns to Orlando after appearing in Milwaukee's 7-2 win over the Iowa Wild on Sunday. The third-year defenseman has produced 31 points (8g-23a) and 10 penalty minutes in 39 games with the Solar Bears this season. In addition to his one-game stint with Milwaukee, Valleau has also skated in a combined 10 games with the Chicago Wolves and Rockford IceHogs of the AHL.
Dupuy, 23, has split the season between Orlando and Toronto, notching 24 points (9g-15a) and 35 penalty minutes in 33 games with the Solar Bears, and two goals and eight penalty minutes in 15 games with the Marlies.
The Solar Bears have clinched a spot in the 2018 Kelly Cup Playoffs and will continue their pursuit of locking up third place in the South Division when they battle the Jacksonville Icemen on Thursday, March 29 at the ARS.com Rink at Amway Center at 7 p.m. - Thursday's game is a Thirsty Thursday, presented by Coors Light, featuring $5 domestic draft beers during the game. Thursday's game is also College Night - fans who bring a valid student and photo ID to the Amway Center Box Office can purchase tickets starting as low as $5.
