Nighthawks and Mountaineers Rained Out

Upper Valley Nighthawks News Release
WHITE RIVER JUNCTION, Vt. - Wednesday evening's contest between the Upper Valley Nighthawks and the Vermont Mountaineers has been postponed due to inclement weather. The game will be made up as part of a doubleheader on Sunday, July 15 at the Maxfield Sports Conplex in White River Junction. The teams will play two seven-inning games. Game one is scheduled for 4 PM, with Game 2 expected to follow around 6 P.M.
The Nighthawks are back in action tomorrow, hosting the Danbury Westerners at 6:30 P.M. It will be First Responder Appreciation Night at Maxfield Sports Complex. The Nighthawks have invited all Upper Valley first responders to attend for free and there will be Police, Fire, and EMT, vehicles for fans to see. If you cannot make it to the ballpark, Dan Stein and Jack O'Marra will have the call at 6:15 P.M.
