
NFL Veteran Tito Wooten Heads List of Revolution Signees

Greensboro Revolution head football coach Mark Saunders has announced the signing of 12 players including NFL veteran Tito Wooten.
Wooten's eight-year NFL career as a defensive back included a six-year stint with the New York Giants and two years with the Indianapolis Colts. The 6-1, 205-pounder will play linebacker for the Revolution.
Saunders' signings include three former NCA&T Aggies - defensive lineman Howard Battle (6-2, 295), fullback/defensive lineman Jeff Neal (6-1, 315) and defensive lineman Marlon Petty (6-7, 280). Other players with local ties are former Wake Forest defensive lineman Kelvin Jones (6-1, 285), offensive lineman Brian Driggers (6-6, 270) and linebacker Mitchell Jenkins (6-0, 245), both of whom played at Greensboro College, defensive lineman/linebacker Nick Davis (6-1, 290) who played at Winston-Salem State and Jimmy Lamour (5-10, 182), a wide receiver/defensive back who formerly played at Guilford College. Rounding out the 12 signees are 6-1, 245-pound linebacker Tony Osbourne and two players from Catawba College - 6-2, 300-pound offensive lineman Piotr Kalinowski and offensive lineman/defensive lineman Cole Bean (6-2, 280).
The Revolution's inaugural season opens Saturday, March 25 th at 7:30 PM versus West Palm Beach at the Greensboro Coliseum. Season ticket packages range from $35.00 to $210.00 for seven regular season home games. Seating location options include the "Battlefield," which includes the first two rows of on-field riser seating/standing area up against the sideline pads and the "Patriots" section which includes the first five rows of permanent seating. Sideline, end zone, club level and upper arena locations are also available. Season ticket buyers can save up to $35.00 off individual game ticket prices depending on seat location.
Individual ticket prices will range from $5.00 to $35.00 and will go on Friday, March 3. Kids (ages 2-12) tickets are available for $5.00 in the available in the sideline, end zone, club and upper arena locations for all games!
