New York Riptide Announce Inaugural Season Schedule

NEW YORK - The New York Riptide will open their inaugural National Lacrosse League (NLL) season on Saturday, December 7, 2019 in Halifax against the Thunderbirds at 7:30 p.m.
It will be the first of three consecutive road games to begin the season before the Riptide open the home schedule at NYCB LIVE, Home of the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum, on Saturday, December 28 at 7:30 p.m. against the Saskatchewan Rush.
"This is an incredibly exciting time for the New York Riptide, the NLL and the growth of the sport of lacrosse," said Riptide Head Coach and General Manager Regy Thorpe. "New York has some of the most avid and passionate lacrosse fans and we plan to leave it all out on the field for them during the Riptide's inaugural season. We can't wait to get started."
New York will host Saturday evening games against Philadelphia on January 4, Georgia on January 18 and March 7, San Diego on January 25, Colorado on March 28 and New England on April 11. The Riptide will also play host to New England on Friday, February 28 and Toronto on Sunday, April 5. All Friday and Saturday evening games will start at 7:30 p.m. and the Sunday game will begin at 3 p.m.
