
New York Red Bulls Set to Host D.C. United in Round of 32 of U.S. Open Cup at MSU Soccer Park on Tuesday, May 9

HARRISON, N.J. - The New York Red Bulls will host Atlantic Cup rivals D.C. United in the Round of 32 of the 2023 Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup on Tuesday, May 9 at MSU Soccer Park on the campus of Montclair State University, the club announced today.
Kickoff is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. ET with broadcast coverage still to be determined and New York Red Bulls Radio in English with Matt Harmon on play-by-play responsibilities with Steve Jolley joining alongside.
The Red Bulls have amassed a 30-23-3 record in Open Cup play, including a 4-1-0 record last season after reaching the 2022 U.S. Open Cup semifinals. This will be the fifth time that New York has faced off against D.C. United in the Open Cup, including the second-straight year. The Red Bulls defeated D.C. United, 3-0, at Audi Field in the Round of 32 of the competition last season.
Tickets are currently on sale with $5 tickets for New York Red Bulls RED Members, $7 tickets for groups, and $10 tickets for general public.
