
New Forward is not new to the Coach

Youngstown SteelHounds News Release
Youngstown, Ohio-Today the Youngstown SteelHounds announced the release of forward Doug Orr and the aquisition of forward Mark Odut from the Long Beach Ice Dogs of the ECHL. Odut is a three year pro who is new to the CHL but not to head coach Kevin Kaminski. Odut played under Kaminski with the Missouri River Otters of the UHL last season. While playing under the head coach and director of hockey operations he racked up 27 points including 15 assists in 62 games.
Head coach Kevin Kaminski had nothing but positives saying, "He has a great work ethic and brings depth to the power play and penalty kill."
The Dauphin, Manatoba native will make his SteelHound debut tonight when Y-Town visits the Lubbock Cotton Kings at 8:05pm.
