New Faces in New places: Diablos Revamp Roster

El Paso, TX- This week the Diablos have made some huge changes to their rosters, with some new faces in new places! The Diablos look to make a significant impact this season by signing a multitude of exciting players.

Starting with the pitching staff the Diablos acquired two new pitchers; the first being Seth Lintz from Joliet Slammers, a former draft pick of the Milwaukee Brewers Lintz has played six years in the minor leagues as a relief pitcher. The second pitcher is Greg Miller, a former 1st round draft pick of the Los Angeles Dodgers, at 6-6 Miller is hard to miss, now in his eighth season in the minor leagues, Miller has played in over 200 games, mainly coming out of the bullpen. Both pitchers will are looked to provide veteran leadership and reliable relief pitching coming out of the Bullpen.

The Diablos weren't finished though acquiring players for the backstop, infield, and outfield. New catcher Bubby Williams from Blue Springs, Missouri will look to take the helm of signal caller for the Diablos. Then there is Murray Watts, like Miller is hard to miss at 6-7, the first baseman from Jonesboro, Arkansas is a great power hitter, whose hit 44 home runs in his first 256 games. To round out the group is Gabe Suarez who had an eventful March playing for Spain in the World Baseball Classic, Suarez is a ten year minor league veteran that can be much help to the Diablos.
