Andre Barrett led the Idaho Stampede as they defeated the Rio Grande Valley Vipers with an all-time team and D-League high 165 points to the Vipers 153. The Stampede finished the game with a season high five players earning double-doubles. Barrett led the pack scoring a game and season high of 42 points and 11 assists, Donell Taylor with a season high 34 points and 13 rebounds, Mildon Ambres also with a season high 32 points and 12 rebounds, Coby Karl with 27 points and 12 rebounds, and Joe Dabbert with 21 points and 12 rebounds Antonio Anderson scored a career-high 37 points to lead the offensive output for the Vipers while adding five rebounds and eight assists. Will Conroy and Ernest Scott each had 30 points and Jonathan Wallace tied a career high with 19 points before fouling out.
Moses Ehambe scored a career-high 29 points as the Tulsa 66ers defeated the Austin Toros. Oklahoma City Thunder assignees Byron Mullens and Mustafa Shakur combined for 18 points, eight rebounds, three assists and three steals The Toros finished with six players in double digit scoring, including all five starters. Marcus Williams had a double-double with a team-high 27 points and 10 rebounds, while Dwayne Jones added a double-double of 19 points and 16 boards.
ERIE'S CEDRIC JACKSON SIGNS WITH WASHINGTON WIZARDS
Wizards President Ernie Grunfeld announced that the team has signed guard Cedric Jackson to a 10-day contract, making him 32nd GATORADE Call-Up of the 2009-10 NBA Development League season. Jackson rejoins the NBA following GATORADE Call-Ups to the Cleveland Cavaliers and San Antonio Spurs earlier this season. Jackson has appeared in 34 games (24 starts) for Erie this season, averaging 16.4 points, 7.4 assists and 5.6 rebounds in 33.3 minutes. He has scored in double figures 26 times and registered nine double-doubles, including a season-high 34 points to go with 13 assists on Jan. 19, in a 121-113 road loss to Austin.
THUNDER ASSIGNS MUSTAFA SHAKUR TO TULSA 66ERS
Oklahoma City Thunder guard Mustafa Shakur has been assigned to the Tulsa 66ers.The assignment is the 35th time this season an NBA player has been assigned to an NBA D-League affiliate. Shakur, who earned a GATORADE Call-Up to the Thunder early yesterday, has rejoined the 66ers, where he has played 43 games this season as an NBA D-League player, averaging 20.4 points, 7.1 assists, 4.6 rebounds and 39.0 minutes.
ALUMNI ACHIEVEMENTS: A look at NBA D-League Alumni in last night's NBA games:
40 players with NBA D-League experience competed in 13 NBA games last night, 11 as starters.
Andray Blatche tallied 23 points and Shaun Livingston added 18 to go with eight assists, both as starters for Washington.
Donte Greene came off the bench to score 21 points for Sacramento and added three rebounds.
