
NBA D-League All-Star Shakur Returns To 66ers

TULSA, Okla., March 25, 2010 - The Tulsa 66ers announced today that the team has re-acquired guard Mustafa Shakur, who earned an NBA Call-Up to the Oklahoma City Thunder on March 16.
Shakur did not appear in five games for the Thunder. The 6-3 guard averaged 20.8 points, 7.1 assists, 4.6 rebounds and 2.3 steals in 40 games for the 66ers this season, earning a spot on the NBA D-League Western Conference All-Star team.
Shakur will wear number 22 and will be in uniform for tonight's match up with the Bakersfield Jam, scheduled for a 7 p.m. CST tip-off at the Tulsa Convention Center. He will take the roster spot of center Steven Hill, who was previously released due to injury.
