CINCINNATI, Ohio - Cincinnati Mighty Ducks goaltender Gregg Naumenko has been named to Team USA for the 2002 International Ice Hockey Federation World Championships April 27-May 11 in Sweden.
Naumenko, 25, went 2-4-0 with a 2.47 goals-against average and .928 save percentage in seven games with Cincinnati this season. The 6-foot-2, 195-pounder ranks first on Cincinnati's all-time career goaltending leader list in games (96), wins (39) and minutes played (5,319).
