Sioux City, Iowa- Anthony Maiani and Dustin Gazely both scored one goal and picked up one assist and Jerry Kuhn made 26 saves as the host Sioux City Musketeers shut out the RoughRiders 4-0 Sunday afternoon.
Maiani gave the Musketeers a 1-0 lead at 5:21 of the first period with a wrist shot from the left point.
The Muskies nursed the one goal advantage until Gazely snapped the puck home from the slot with 1:09 left in the second period.
Third period goals from Alex Tuckerman and Phil DeSimone (on the power play) put the Riders away.
