Mudbugs debut new website

BOSSIER CITY, LA -- The Bossier-Shreveport Mudbugs of the Central Hockey League announced today the launch of their brand new website, Mudbugshockey.com. The Mudbugs teamed up with Infinity Pro Sports to create the new site.
Former Mudbugs broadcaster Steve Mears and General Manager Jason Rent forged the idea of creating a new site months ago. Justin Scholtes, the new Director of Media Relations and Broadcasting, then teamed up with graphic designer Chris Cowan and the design team at Infinity. After several months of construction and design, the site then became available only a few days before the start of the season.
"Our new site provides more information for our fans and it gives us the opportunity to remain competitive among other teams in the league. We're excited to make this available for the public," said Mudbugs General Manager Jason Rent.
The 10th season of Mudbugs hockey begins on home ice October 26th when the Mudbugs host the Laredo Bucks. Group tickets are available at 318-752-BUGS. You can order season tickets by logging on to www.ticketmaster.com or by phone at at 318-741-9700.
