
Mud Hens and Knights Suspended Due to Rain

The Mud Hens and Knights must wait another day as their game last night was suspended in the top of the eighth inning after rain forced play to be delayed. Toledo and Charlotte are tied at 4-4.
There is good news for Hens fans despite the rain delay, Brad Eldred is back!
Just two games back from his stint with the Detroit Tigers, Eldred found his swing and blasted one over the center field fence on Tuesday night in the bottom of the third to cap off a three run inning for Toledo.
The Knights answered back right away with three-runs in the bottom of the third to tie it up.
Casey Crosby started on the mound for the Mud Hens, working six innings giving up three-earned runs with seven strikeouts.
The Hens and Knights will finish there game up on Wednesday followed by game three of the series at 7:15 p.m.
