Vermont Mountaineers News Release
HARTFORD, Vt.- Monday's New England Collegiate Baseball League (NECBL) doubleheader scheduled between the Vermont Mountaineers and Upper Valley Nighthawks has been postponed due to rain.
It is supposed to rain for much of the day in the White River Junction area, which will likely make the field unplayable. The games, which have major playoff implications for both teams, will be rescheduled for Tuesday. The first contest will get underway at 4:30 PM with the second starting at 6:30. Both games can be heard locally on CBS Sports 1240 AM WSKI or online through The NECBL Broadcast Network.
