
Mountaineers and Nighthawks Rained Out

MONTPELIER, Vt.--The New England Collegiate Baseball League (NECBL) game scheduled for Monday night between the Vermont Mountaineers and Upper Valley Nighthawks has been rained out.
Heavy rain is expected to hit the Central Vermont area just before the scheduled 6:30 first pitch. The game will be made up on Tuesday at 3:30 PM. Vermont will play a double-header with two nine-inning games. The first will be against Upper Valley, starting at 3:30, and then game 2, which will feature the Mountaineers and North Adams SteepleCats, will get underway at 6:30 PM. Both games can be hear locally on CBS Sports 1240 AM WSKI or online through The NECBL Broadcast Network.
