Moosheads Halt Wildcats Win Streak at 4

Goaltender Mathis Rousseau made 35 saves backstopping the Halifax Mooseheads to a 4-0 win over the Wildcats on Sunday Funday before 4,500 fans at Avenir Centre. Markus Vidicek paced the Halifax attack with a pair of goals, one shorthanded and Jordan Dumais set up three goals. Halifax directed 27 shots at Jacob Steinman.The Cats had won four straight games entering Sunday's divisional battle. Overall, Moncton still occupies second place in the Maritime Division with a 17-6-1-1 record after 25 games.
