
Moose Sign Leblanc To AHL Contract

The Manitoba Moose today announced they have signed forward Derek Leblanc to an American Hockey League contract.
Leblanc, 23, appeared in his first-ever American Hockey League game with the Moose on Oct. 10/09 vs. Chicago. In his three-year pro career, the Brandon, MB native has played in 69 games in the Central Hockey League with the Rapid City Rush and the Rocky Mountain Rage. In that time, he has scored 46 points (26g & 20a) and 62 penalty minutes.
