AHL Announces Suspension

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. ... The American Hockey League today announced that Chicago Wolves left wing Brett Sterling has been suspended for four (4) games as a result of his actions in a game at Manitoba on Oct. 10.

Sterling was suspended under the provisions of AHL Rule 29.1 (supplementary discipline).

Sterling will miss Chicago's games tonight (Oct. 14) vs. Rockford, Friday (Oct. 16) at Rockford, Saturday (Oct. 17) vs. Hamilton and Oct. 23 vs. Manitoba.
