Canucks Recall Michael Grabner

The Vancouver Canucks, the NHL affiliate of the Manitoba Moose, today announced they have recalled forward Michael Grabner from the Moose.

Grabner, 22, has played in five games so far this season with the Moose and has collected six points (4g & 2a) along with two penalty minutes. He leads the team in points, goals and shots and has collected four points (3g & 1a) in his last three games, putting him on a three-game goal-scoring streak.

Last season, the Villach, Austria native appeared in 66 games with the Moose where he scored 48 points (30g & 18a) and collected 20 minutes for his best AHL season so far. Over the span of his career, Grabner has played in 147 Moose games were he has amassed 100 points (57g & 43a) and 30 penalty minutes.
