
Montreal's The Team 990 Joins Hamilton Bulldogs Hockey Network

HAMILTON, ON - The Hamilton Bulldogs, AHL affiliate of the Montreal Canadiens, announced today that Montreal radio station The Team 990 (AM 990 CKGM) will broadcast all remaining Hamilton Bulldogs games in the American Hockey League's 2011 Calder Cup Playoffs beginning with tonight's seventh and deciding game in the North Division Finals versus the Manitoba Moose, AHL affiliate of the Vancouver Canucks, at 7:30 p.m. Tonight's game can also be heard live on the flagship station of the Hamilton Bulldogs Hockey Network, 820 CHAM (AM 820 CHAM), and www.hamiltonbulldogs.com with Play-By-Play Announcer Derek Wills and Colour Commentator Al Craig providing the call. The broadcast will begin with the Pepsi Max Pre-Game Show at 7:00 p.m.
"The Team 990 is thrilled to team up with the Hamilton Bulldogs once again this year as they continue their run towards a Calder Cup", said The Team 990 General Manager Wayne Bews. " We feel that Montrealers can never get enough live hockey coverage, and their connection with the Bulldogs has never been stronger."
The Bulldogs will host the Manitoba Moose for Game 7 of their North Division Final series tonight at 7:30 p.m. at Copps Coliseum. Fans can tune in to all 'Dogs playoff games on the flagship station of the Hamilton Bulldogs Hockey Network, 820 CHAM, and online on www.hamiltonbulldogs.com and www.ahllive.com. All playoff Hamilton Bulldogs broadcasts on AM 820 CHAM will begin with a pre-game show 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.
