
Monterrey schedules first tryout camp in Portland

Monterrey, MX. The ABA Monterrey Veneno Team will be holding its first open tryouts in Portland, Oregon on September 16th and 17th. The tryouts will be held at Lake Oswego High School and will run from 9am-12n and 3pm-6pm on Saturday and 10am-1pm on Sunday. According to Head Coach Emile Shephard, "At this time, our roster is empty and we are looking to fill it! And we are going a long way from Monterrey to scout available players. Bring your best efforts; you'll love to be a part of this new and exciting organization playing in beautiful Monterrey Mexico. Great basketball and a great place to spend the winter."
