Mikael Mogues and Mike Montville hit back-to-back home runs for the second time in three games in Tuesday's 3-2 win over the Ottawa Champions. The two also hit back-to-back home runs in the bottom of the ninth of Sunday's 8-7 win over the Trois-Rivi?res to tie and walk off the game. Montville has now hit four home runs in three games.
Cody Regis hit a home run in the bottom of the fourth, and then Mogues and Montville hit their back-to-back home runs in the bottom of the seventh.
Brad Schaenzer backed the Boulder's offense with strong pitching, throwing 6.2 innings of one-run baseball, allowing eight hits and one walk while striking out three.
Rockland plays the rubber match of the three-game series against the Champions on Wednesday. First pitch is scheduled for 6:30 p.m.
