
Missions to Honor McAllister Park Little League Tonight

SAN ANTONIO - The San Antonio Missions announced today that they will be honoring the McAllister Park Little League World Series team before tonight's game. McAllister Park players will take the field with the Missions and Coach Mike Shull will throw out the ceremonial first pitch.
The McAllister Park team made it all the way to the National Finals of the 2009 Little League World Series in Williamsport, PA last month, finishing in fourth place. They were the first team ever to represent San Antonio in the LLWS.
The Missions take on the Midland RockHounds in Game Two of the Texas League Division Series at Wolff Stadium. It is also a Dollar Night, featuring dollar hot dogs, soda, pizza and beer. Game time is 7:05 pm with gates opening at 6:00 pm.
