Missed Opportunity Forces Deciding Game

(LONDON, ONTARIO) The Windsor Express couldn't seal the deal and will host Game 7 of their semi final series on Tuesday.

The Express never got over the hump, being stymied by London 84-79 in Game 6 of the NBL semifinal series on Saturday night.

Windsor trailed by only one at the half, but could never take the game over, falling behind the Lightning 18-17 and 20-17 in the third and fourth quarters, respectively.

Chris Commons had 20 points for the Express, who are deadlocked at 3-3 with London.

Along with that, Windsor got a 17 point, 6 assist effort from Darren Duncan.

Garrett Williamson also had 20, for London.

The Lightning are now 3-0 facing elimination in this postseason.

Game 7 will be played on Tuesday, April 1st at the WFCU Centre at 7:00pm.

Tickets for this winner-take-all game will go on sale at 12:00pm on Sunday, March 30th.

The winner of Game 7 will face the Island Storm in the NBL Finals after the Storm eliminated the Halifax Rainmen on Saturday, winning the series 4-2.
