Miracles Lose on the Road to Power

(OSHAWA, ON) The Moncton Miracles lost to the Oshawa Power at the General Motors Centre with a final score of 94-71.

The first quarter ended with the Miracles being down 15-23 from which they were never able to recover.

The Miracles battled hard throughout the second and third quarter but began to lose steam in the fourth, and were not able to make up the difference.

Andrew Francis was the top scorer for the Miracles with 15 points and 10 rebounds. Morgan Lewis led the way for the Power with 20 points and 7 rebounds.

The Miracles play their next game on the road against the London Lightning on Sunday, January 1st, 2012. Game time is 2:00pm at the John Labatt Centre.
