Minnesota Wild Reassigns Nate Prosser To Aeros

HOUSTON --- Minnesota Wild General Manager Chuck Fletcher today announced the National Hockey League (NHL) club has reassigned defenseman Nate Prosser to the Houston Aeros of the American Hockey League (AHL).

Prosser, 24 (5/7/86), was recalled by Minnesota on March 19 and played two games with the Wild, averaging 14:48 time on ice (TOI). Prosser has posted 23 points (8-15=23) and 29 penalty minutes (PIM) in 68 games with the Aeros this season. The Elk River, Minn., native played three games with Minnesota in 2009-10 after signing as a college free agent out of Colorado College on March 18, 2010, totaling one assist and eight PIM.. The 6-foot-2, 210-pound blueliner was a two-time all-conference selection at Elk River High School, where he participated in two state tournaments.

The Aeros and Oklahoma City Barons play the final game of three-straight at Toyota Center on Sunday 4:05 p.m.
