Minnesota Wild Reassigns Casey Wellman

HOUSTON --- Minnesota Wild General Manager Chuck Fletcher today announced the National Hockey League (NHL) club has reassigned forward Casey Wellman to the Houston Aeros of the American Hockey League (AHL).
Wellman, 23 (10/18/87), has registered two points (1-1=2) and four penalty minutes (PIM) in 15 games with the Wild this season while averaging 10:38 in time on ice per game. Wellman has posted 31 points (13-18=31) in 39 games with the Aeros this season.
The Aeros return to action this Thursday night when they host the Chicago Wolves at Toyota Center at 7 p.m. and then visit Milwaukee on Friday and Chicago on Saturday. Call 713-974-7825 for Aeros ticket information and other promotions.
