
Minnesota Lynx Waive Sydney Wallace and Courtney Williams

MINNEAPOLIS/ST. PAUL - The Minnesota Lynx today announced the team has waived guard Sydney Wallace and forward Courtney Williams. The Lynx roster now stands at 12 players in preparation for the league's official roster cut-down deadline on Friday at 4 p.m. CT.
Wallace, a 5-9 guard from Georgia Tech, played in two preseason games for the Lynx this season and averaged 6.0 points in 14 minutes per game.
Williams, a 6-1 forward from Texas A&M, played in one preseason game with the Lynx.
