
Mike Horacek Named Finalist for AFL Offensive Player of the Year

Las Vegas, NV â(May 30, 2003) â Las Vegas Gladiators' Offensive Specialist Mike Horacek has been named a finalist for AFL Offensive Player of the Year it was announced by the Arena Football League today. The Offensive Player of the Year award will be announced on Tuesday, June 3.
Horacek led the AFL in receptions for the second straight year in 2003, recording 127 catches for 1,585 yards and 36 touchdowns. All three marks established new single-season Gladiators marks.
Joining Horacek on the list of finalists are Chicago Rush OS, Antonio Chatman, New York Dragons OS, Mike Furrey, New York Dragons QB Aaron Garcia and LA Avengers OS Chris Jackson.
