
Miami FC Signs Brazilian Forward Luis Pedro

Miami, FL. - The Miami Football Club announced today the signing of forward Luis Pedro. The transaction is pending league and federation approval, and the receipt of the player's International Transfer Certificate and P-1 Visa.
Miami FC acquires the 21-year-old from Brazilian club Itabirito FC. Prior to signing with Itabirito, Pedro played with União Frederiquense for the 2023 season. While with Frederiquense, Pedro scored five goals in 21 appearances, including helping the team advance during Copa FGF that season.
Prior to making his professional debut, Pedro joined Grêmio's U-17 team in 2019. The Brazilian then played for the U-20 squads of Cruzeiro-RS and Novo Hamburgo in 2022 before he signed with União Frederiquense.
