November 28, 2018 - Major Arena Soccer League (MASL)
Mississauga MetroStars News Release
The Mississauga MetroStars today confirmed an 18-man squad for the 2018/19 Major Arena Soccer League (MASL) season. MetroStars GM and Head Coach Phil Ionadi revealed the squad of players three days prior to the start of the MASL expansion club's inaugural season.
Three more players currently training with the team will be added to the roster and announced once their contracts have been approved by the MASL league office, to bring the total number of players to 21. The club will name its 15-man game day roster on Friday prior to leaving for Baltimore to take on the Blast in the season opening match scheduled for this Saturday at 6:05pm (ET).
"The players have been working hard for the past 4 weeks and are excited to start the season in Baltimore," said Ionadi.
