Mel Hambelton to Sponsor Kid's Camps and Birthday Parties

Mel Hambelton Ford and the Wichita Wild have agreed to a partnership making Mel Hambelton a Premier Partner for the first time. Mel Hambelton will sponsor numerous initiatives geared towards kids during the 2009 season.

In the agreement, Mel Hambelton Ford will be the Presenting Sponsor of the Wild?s dance and football camps during the 2009 season. The Wild Things dance team will be putting on three dance camps for girls throughout the season while Wild players and coaches will participate in two football camps for boys and girls.

Mel Hambelton will also be the Presenting Sponsor of the Wild?s Birthday party Package for kids. Children and their families will be offered a special package for spending their birthday at a Wichita Wild football game. In the package families will receive 10 tickets to the game, game programs, team posters, and more. Each child in the birthday party and the birthday child will also have the opportunity to run on the field during pregame introductions. The Mel Hambelton Ford Birthday Pack will sell for $120.

Mel Hambelton also purchased numerous season tickets that will be donated to various charities throughout Greater Wichita. The donation will allow many to attend Wild games that may not have been able to go if not for the generous donation from Mel Hambelton Ford.
