
McPherson Recalled by Rochester

KALAMAZOO, MI - The Elmira Jackals, ECHL affiliate of the NHL's Buffalo Sabres and AHL's Rochester Americans, announced today that forward Allan McPherson has been recalled by the Rochester Americans.
McPherson, 24, heads back to Rochester for his second stint with the Americans this season. The 5-foot-10 180-pound forward has recorded 18 points (nine goals, nine assists) in 18 games with the Jackals this season. McPherson is tied for third on the team in goals and ranks fourth in points. He has also suited up in eight games for Rochester this year. Last season, the Kinburn, Ontario native appeared in 44 games with the Americans, tallying eight points. McPherson also logged 24 games with Elmira and posted 23 points for the Jackals.
