McGinnis Returns from Manitoba

Kalamazoo, MI- The Kalamazoo Wings, proud member of the ECHL and affiliate of the National Hockey League's New York Islanders and American Hockey League's Bridgeport Sound Tigers, announce the return of defenseman Ryan McGinnis from the Manitoba Moose.

In the AHL with Manitoba since February 10th, McGinnis returns to Kalamazoo in time for the K-Wings Eastern Conference Semi-Finals match-up against the Reading

Royals. The third-year pro posted 21 points (3 goals, 16 assists) in 31 games this season with Kalamazoo.

The K-Wings Royals will square off in a best-of-seven series that will have a 2-3-2 format. The series will commence Friday, April 15th at the Sovereign Center and will mark the K-Wings first appearance in Reading since their game five loss in last year's conference Quarterfinals. Game Two of the series would also be on the road on Saturday, April 16th.

The next three games are slated for Wings Stadium beginning with game three on Wednesday, April 20th at 7p.m. Game four will be played on Vanrick Drive at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, April 22nd, while game five, in needed, will occur at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 23rd.

The final two games of the best-of-seven series will take place at the Sovereign Center on Tuesday, April 26th and Wednesday, April 27th.

Single-game tickets for all round two Kelly Cup playoff home games are currently on sale at the Wings Stadium Ticket Office.
