
MCC Tournament Returns to Riverfront Stadium

Waterloo, IA - The Waterloo Bucks have announced that Riverfront Stadium will play host to the 2015 Midwest Collegiate Conference Baseball Tournament May 2 through May 5. Five teams from the MCC will play in the event which will feature at least eight games.
The opening game of the tournament is set to begin at 12:00 pm on Saturday, May 2, followed by two more games that day. Three games are scheduled to be played on Sunday, May 3, starting at noon, while two games are set to be played on Monday, May 4 beginning at noon. The tournament championship will be played at 3:30 pm on Monday, or at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, May 5, if a double-elimination game is required.
"Riverfront Stadium is thrilled to have the MCC Tournament return to the Cedar Valley for the third year in a row and seventh time overall," said Bucks General Manager Dan Corbin. "Always a competitive tournament, the MCC will provide a great three or four days of baseball for area sports fans."

$5 for students
Ages 5 and under are free

The Bucks, the winningest team in all of summer-collegiate baseball over the past two years, will open the 2015 season on the road versus the Alexandria Blue Anchors on May 26, but return to Waterloo for their home opener versus the Mankato MoonDogs on May 28.
