
Mayor Hogsett to Take Part in Indy Eleven's Spring Season Championship Trophy Presentation

INDIANAPOLIS (Friday) - Indy Eleven will welcome Mayor of Indianapolis Joe Hogsett to the field at IUPUI's Carroll Stadium tomorrow, Saturday, July 9, to take part in the club's NASL Spring Season Championship trophy presentation.
The ceremonies, during which Mayor Hogsett will declare the day "Indy Eleven Championship Saturday" through an official proclamation, are set to begin at approximately 7:10 p.m. The trophy presentation will lead up to that evening's 7:30 p.m. kickoff against Minnesota United FC.
Mayor Hogsett will be present to witness NASL Commissioner Bill Peterson hand the first trophy in Indy Eleven history over to team captain Colin Falvey. Indy Eleven owner Ersal Ozdemir, president Jeff Belskus and head coach Tim Hankinson will also take part in the ceremony, with Ozdemir and Belskus available for media interviews immediately following the presentation.
