The evening concluded on another deceiving yet disappointing scoreline for Atlético Ottawa as it fell 0-2 to York United FC on Tuesday night at York Lions Stadium. A lively performance, sprinkled with almost half a dozen chances, was not enough for the Atléti to secure the win.

MATCH NOTES

Rafael Núñez had a convincing performance if only missing the conversion of a scoring opportunity. He totalled 3 shots (1 on target), 2 chances created, 38 passes and 3 tackles.

Another positive on the night was the increasing chemistry between Ottawa's back and front lines, leading us to witness steady connections and real threats for the visitors. To see this develop despite the various rotation changes in the starting formation bodes well for the upcoming stretch of matches.
