CARY, N.C. - North Carolina FC heads to Chattanooga, Tennessee to face the Red Wolves this Saturday, July 29, at 7:30 PM at CHI Memorial Stadium. The Red Wolves sit last in the USL League One table with 16 points.
North Carolina FC took down top of the table Northern Colorado in their first match up of the season in a 2-0 shutout on Wednesday of this week. With a late first half goal, Louis Perez put a free kick into the right upper 90 to get North Carolina on the board. To double the lead in extra time, Chris Lue Young cleared a ball to Oalex Anderson who dribbled around the goalkeeper and slotted it into the net. North Carolina now sits second in the league table with 31 points and a record of 9-4-4.

The Chattanooga Red Wolves sit last in the USL League One standings but look to continue their four home match unbeaten streak.The clubs previously met on Saturday, April 21st at WakeMed Soccer Park. North Carolina took the first match of the series by a score of 3-0.

North Carolina FC - Goalkeeper Trevor Mulqueen
The North Carolina FC goalkeeper is making his mark halfway through the season. Trevor Mulqueen has stepped up for his teammates after being called upon by Head Coach John Bradford. Mulqueen received his first clean sheet this past Wednesday when played the Northern Colorado Hailstorm. He will be a driving force for NCFC as they look to keep consistent clean sheets.
Chattanooga Red Wolves- Chevone Marsh
The two-time team of the week nominee is a offensive force for Chattanooga. Chevone Marsh had a recent two goal outing and is now 6th across the league for most goals scored with seven. His strong offensive efforts will be a good match up for this defensive North Carolina team.
