CARY, NC (May 21, 2015) - The Carolina RailHawks (1W-4D-2L, 7pts.) will be on the road taking on the Fort Lauderdale Strikers (2W-1D-3L, 7 pts.) at Lockhart Stadium on Saturday, May 23rd at 7:30 pm ET. The match will be broadcast live on WRAL2.

The RailHawks are looking to improve their record in the NASL standings as the spring season is coming to a close. The RailHawks currently sit in sixth place in the standings with seven points. The Strikers are in seventh place.
The RailHawks tied the New York Cosmos 2-2 at WakeMed Soccer Park last Saturday. The RailHawks held a 2-0 lead after goals by Neil Hlavaty and Tiyi Shipalane, but New York tied the game in a dramatic fashion after an unfortunate own goal by Futty Danso and a 97th minute goal by Andrés Flores.
The Strikers are coming off a 1-0 loss to the Tampa Bay Rowdies. The lone goal came from Tampa Bay's forward Robert Hernandez in the 55th minute of play, giving the Rowdies the victory.
The RailHawks will return to WakeMed Soccer Park on Wednesday, May 27th, at 7:30 pm, when they host Charlotte Independence in the Third Round of the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup.

After assisting Neil Hlavaty's first goal and scoring the RailHawks' second goal against New York Cosmos last Saturday, Tiyi Shipalane has shown fans and rivals how dynamic he is and has now recorded two goals and three assists in six matches this season.
