Atlanta sits in sixth place in the Eastern Conference standings on 47 points and is coming off a 1-1 draw against Toronto FC on Saturday. Atlanta is riding a four-match unbeaten streak into play on Wednesday and needs three points to clinch a spot in the 2021 Audi MLS Cup Playoffs.

New York currently sits in 7th place in the Eastern Conference, a point behind Atlanta on 46 points. They're coming off a 1-0 win against CF Montreal on Saturday and have won five of their last six matches. Like Atlanta, New York can clinch a spot in the 2021 Audi MLS Cup Playoffs with three points on Wednesday.

Luiz Araújo scored his fourth goal of the season against Toronto FC on Saturday. He's now registered a point in five consecutive matches and finished the month of October with three goals and three assists in five matches.
