TAMPA, Fla. - The Tampa Yankees (26-26) dropped their fourth straight contest as the Bradenton Marauders (26-26) won 3-0 on Wednesday afternoon at George M. Steinbrenner Field.

Marauders' starter Tyler Glasnow (1-3) doubled his season-high in strikeouts by fanning 12 in five and two-third innings. The righty allowed just one hit and walked two while earning his first win of the season.

Southpaw Conner Kendrick tallied six strikeouts in the first three innings for Tampa before Bradenton cracked a scoreless tie in the fifth.

Jacob Stallings hit a leadoff single and Jeff Roy followed with a walk. A sacrifice bunt by Raul Fortunado advanced the runners before a single by Taylor Lewis drove in Stalling. With runners on the corners and Walker Gourley at the plate, Kendrick caught Lewis off the first base bag. While Lewis danced in a pickle between first and second, Roy took off for home. A throw home by Culver sailed away from catcher Wes Wilson, allowing Lewis to advanced to third. Gourley later singled, scoring Lewis and giving the Marauders a 3-0 lead.

Kendrick (1-2) allowed three runs (one earned) on five hits and a walk in four and two-third innings. The lefty struck out a season-high six batters.

Yankees' reliever Kyle Haynes retired all five batters he faced, striking out three in an inning and two-thirds. RHP Nick Rumbelow and lefty James Pazos combined to toss three no-hit frames, keeping the game close.

The Bradenton bullpen held Tampa to one hit in the final three innings. RHP Robby Rowland struck out one over two and a third, allowing a hit and a walk. Southpaw Josh Smith earned his third save after pitching a 1-2-3 ninth.

Up next, the T-Yanks begin a six-game road trip by finishing the four-game series with Bradenton at McKechnie Field before heading to Fort Myers for four games against the Miracle. RHP Chad Kuhl (4-4, 4.58 ERA) is scheduled to throw for the Marauders on Thursday at 6:30 p.m. The Tampa starter is TBA.
