Marauders Kick off August at Home

Bradenton, Fla. - The Bradenton Marauders will host the Brevard County Manatees (Milwaukee Brewers) for a four game series beginning on Friday, August 1. The games on Friday, Saturday, and Monday will begin at 6:30 p.m. with gates opening at 5:30 p.m. The game on Sunday will begin at 5:00 p.m. with gates opening at 4:30 p.m.

The series against the Manatees begins on August 1 with the second Faith and Family Night of the season. It's a Free Shirt Friday, and the first 500 fans will receive a "Marauders in the Majors" t-shirt presented by Wagner Realty. There will be live music pregame in the fan plaza from Bayside Community Church. After the game there will be spectacular post-game fireworks presented by Bright House Networks and Budweiser.

Every Friday home game is also a Happy Hour Friday presented by Pier 22 Restaurant. Between 5:30 and 6:30, 500 free hot dogs will be given away and there will be great drink specials from Kayem and Cheney Brothers.

Saturday, August 2 is a great chance to sample some delicious suds at the ballpark. The Marauders are holding a beer tasting event featuring 30 beers from 6:00 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. Wristbands for beer sampling will be available for $15. Season ticket holders, Thirsty Thursday Club members, and Silverauders Club members can purchase a wristband for $10. Wristbands will only be available inside the ballpark on the day of the game. A game ticket is required for admittance.

Sunday, August 3 is the first of three Splash Days at McKechnie Field this month. Come to the game in swim wear and ride on a giant inflatable water slide as many times as you'd like. Tickets and regular sized Kayem hot dogs are just $1 on every Family Fun Sunday. A food truck rally will take place at the ballpark during the game as well. Food truck vendors will be offering a discount on food purchases to individuals who present their Marauders game ticket.

Monday, August 4 is a BUYOUT Night presented in partnership with 106.5 WCTQ, Suncoast Country. Free ticket vouchers are available throughout the Bradenton community and can be printed online at www.BradentonMarauders.com . Vouchers can be redeemed at the McKechnie Field ticket office for free Grandstand and Left Field Bleacher seats. Vouchers can be upgraded to Infield Reserve or Infield Box seats for $2 while supplies last.

The McKechnie Field ticket office is open on non-gamedays Tuesday-Friday from 11:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. On Monday-Friday gamedays the ticket office is open from noon until the conclusion of the game. The ticket office opens two hours before Saturday, Sunday, and morning games.
